UGL Equis India has actively contributed to the company's efforts in establishing new centers at Bangalore and Hyderabad. Options needed to provide for flexibility in terms of:

  • Scalability
  • Rental commencement in line with take-up of space Holding deposit and footprint rent

OUR STRATEGY

A campus for consolidation of existing facilities is being planned at Bangalore. UGL Equis’ insights into local conditions and comprehensive financial analysis covering real estate and transportation costs backed the company’s decision to relocate.

The client and UGL UGL Equis teams aggressively negotiated fiscal incentives from the government for a proposed campus at Hyderabad. Land was allotted on a low cost basis in exchange for employment generation. The client's manpower requirements were also incorporated into the state’s IteS course curricula.
