Chicago, IL March 8, 2010 – UGL Equis announced today that they have represented The Commonwealth of Australia in the renewal of its Permanent Mission to the United Nations and Consulate-General in New York at 150 E. 42nd Street. The 15 year extension for 46,476 square-feet secures their long term presence in the Grand Central Submarket.
The Commonwealth currently occupies the entire 33rd and 34th floors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
