Greg Schementi is responsible for UGL Equis’ Business Development efforts globally. He works with clients to develop solutions that include the breadth of services offered by UGL Equis including Portfolio Management, Transaction Advisory, Workplace Integration, Project Management, Facility Management and Data Management. Acting as a client executive on many of the firm’s strategic accounts, Greg is able to bring a best practices approach to engagements across different industries, portfolio types and management challenges.

Greg has a background that includes managing large-scale consulting engagements totaling $100 million in fees with associated benefits of over $400 million. Engagements led have encompassed distribution and manufacturing facility analyses, direct and indirect material spend reduction, merger and acquisition analyses, technology implementations and business transformations.

Prior to joining UGL Equis, Greg led operations at Stonehouse Technologies where he served as senior vice president of client services, responsible for business process outsourcing of telecommunications management. Prior to Stonehouse, Greg held senior management positions at Answerthink consulting and CSC Consulting where he focused on improving Supply Chain and Operations Management across a diverse global client base.

PROJECTS

Responsible for framing the UGL solution and executive oversight for clients with the following portfolio characteristics

• 15 million square foot industrial centric portfolio
• 5 million square foot office centric portfolio
• 1,000 location portfolio occupying retail and medical office buildings

Directed the benchmarking initiative for 25 state and county real estate departments, documenting their leasing practices, policies and organizational structures.

Led a distribution locations analysis for a food company to determine the optimum location and markets to serve from a Direct Store Delivery perspective. Reviewed building capacity, facilities and route dynamics of the major locations in the US.

Managed a multi-phase consulting project including the diagnostic, design and implementation aimed at developing a location, inventory and distribution strategy for a large carpet manufacturer.
